Progress on My Fitness Journey
Hey! So, below are some pictures which show my progress along my fitness journey. Seeing these results motivates me to go harder so I can see even greater results moving forward. By going harder, I know I will need to tweak my nutrition, step up my ambition, and definitely push through each and every workout with high intensity. I am 5’9” and I weigh approximately 260 lbs. in these pictures that were taken in October, 2018. I weigh approximately 274 lbs. in the pictures that were taken in September, 2018. My clothes fit looser, especially in the stomach and waist area, as well as around my arms. I feel super happy, excited, and full of energy!
