How to Build Consistency

The big question that I always get from ladies tryna start their fitness journey is… “How do I build consistency?”

The number 1 thing that needs to be done is extremely hard to do - get your mind right - because to keep it real, we’ve spent our entire lives doing things in an unproductive way. We’ve trained ourselves to indulge in our bad habits. So it’s hard to get consistent when your whole life revolves around being INconsistent!
