We know how overwhelming it is to stay motivated + lose weight + find what actually works to lose weight, so we created a 90 day weight loss plan to help you get fit and get your #FitnessJourney poppn + have you on the road to a dope weight loss transformation! Here’s how - as part of the challenge you will be given access to the info + tools you need to create a balanced lifestyle to make reaching your fitness + body goals a #1 priority all while building consistency and being held accountable along your fitness journey. We take the guess work out of fitness + femininity so you can work towards a super dope + sexy + chic transformation. By the end of the challenge you will have earned a full body transformation + learned new habits to help you stay #CurvyThickFit for a lifetime!

What you get with the Fitness Vixen Challenge: A complete fitness plan which includes: workout schedule, meal guide, and access to a library of workouts with “how-to” guides. As part of the Challenge you will be required to join Curvy. Thick. Fit.’s PRIVATE Facebook group for accountability + support + social media activities throughout the Challenge. By the end of the Challenge you will have developed habits that allow you to live a fit lifestyle like a Fitness Vixen!

  • be physically able to participate in a fitness challenge

  • follow CTF on Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook


  1. Complete weekly social media, health and fitness assignments

  2. Submit body measurements, and photographs

  2. Dumbbells 3, 5, 8, lbs.; Kettlebell 15, 25, 35 lbs.

Total amount of the prize depends upon the number of participants in the challenge. Below are the minimum prize amounts:

  • 1st Place Winner: $500

  • 2nd Place Winner: $250

  • 3rd Place Winner: $125
